Tackle Health, Love4Natives is our Program dedicated specific to the needs of Native American families in Arizona. Our comprehensive day program provides culturally appropriate substance abuse and mental health treatment and offers individual and group counseling sessions

- Patient’s identification (or that of parent/guardian, if patient is a minor)

Uplifting Legends
The Uplifting Legends Program is dedicated exclusively for former Athletes and their wives/or significant others who may be in need of Substance Abuse or Mental Health Services. This confidential program provides: Individual and Group therapy tailored to former athletes & their familes understanding that the whole person must be treated, not just the substance misuse or mental health problem.
